The inspace app allows users to quickly check for available spaces, make reservations in advance or on the spot. Space details like room capacity, location, and available resources are all included in the space listing so they can choose the best space for their needs.
Simple check-in
Upon arrival, a quick tap of a cell phone on the inspace device is all that is needed to check-in to the space, marking it as occupied on the office floor plan. Integrations are included for Google and Outlook calendars, as well as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Slack, and more. Want to integrate check-in with office badges? We can do that too. If a space is booked and no one checks in, the booking will be released after 15 minutes.

Room Panels allow your team to easily see if rooms are available, the upcoming schedule, or to check-in to an active meeting. Panels are not required by our platform, however we design it to work on your panel of choice.
inspace's unique device uses NFC technology. Users check in to a space simply by tapping their phone on the device. If no one checks in, the space is automatically released for rebooking. Devices enable you to make just about any space bookable.
