inspace's Amenities Management feature provides a comprehensive solution, enabling organizations to oversee and optimize the usage of various workspace amenities. This system tracks and manages essential data, including availability, usage frequency, maintenance schedules, and booking details. With these insights, businesses can make informed decisions to ensure amenities are utilized effectively, meeting both employee needs and organizational objectives.

To create and add amenities in inspace, log in with your Admin credentials, go to Settings, and select Space Settings. Under Space Types, add "Amenities" and confirm its creation. Then, navigate to Amenities, add a new amenity with its name and photo, and ensure it's listed. Finally, edit the Floor Plan, select the location for the amenity, specify its details, and save. The amenity will now be visible on the Floor Plan.
