Founded in 2015 by Ramses Alcaide and Adam Molnar, Neurable is building game-changing products backed by top-notch science. These products include devices that can measure brain activity to generate simple, real-time insights. Cool right!

As the company is growing and innovating, a big focus for the future has been on BCI's (systems that don't involve implanting things in people's heads) thus, the company has been innovating in the fields of mathematics, neuroscience, materials science, psychology and more to make the everyday BCI possible. The company's goal is to create the everyday brain-computer interface.

Well, as Neurable is taking the computer software industry to a whole new level and disrupting the space, the team of scientists, product engineers, and design experts need an office that helps them achieve optimum productivity and efficiency after what has been a very challenging year.
Challenge


Like most companies, 2020 has been a challenging year that has forced companies to change the way they work. A little over a year ago, most offices sent their employees home, and working from home became the new normal. However, what most people don't consider is the challenges that high-tech companies such as Neurable have faced during the past year. Being as that the work these high-tech companies do is primarily in laboratories, it makes it a lot harder to just send all employees home.

Another challenge the company will continue to face as we approach another new normal, that being a post-covid hybrid workplace, is how to handle all employees heading back to the office at the same time as safely as possible.

Doing so, helps Neurable ensure that their employees were keeping a safe distance and were in safe spaces without the need for management to micromanage employees.

Neurable Floor Plan: 17 reservable desks and spaces

Neurable's interactive floor plan allows users to easily see available and booked spaces. Clicking into any booked space will show user information for the booking. Clicking into available spaces allows the user to check in to that space.
inspace has helped Neurable transform into a more hybrid workplace by providing not only the social distancing tool but also implementing easy-to-use applications which allow any employee to have a real-time view of the office floor plan.

Hybrid workspaces are rapidly becoming the new normal, and the term “hybrid workplace" simply means that employees can pick certain days whether they'd like to work from home or work in the office.
