As gas prices raise, hybrid workers are especially thankful for their limited in-office commutes during the week. Plus, there tend to be fewer distractions from coworkers when working from home, making productivity levels increase for many.

For businesses, making the switch to hybrid work isn’t as simple as it might be for their employees. In fact, implementing such a change needs to be planned, strategized around, and well-researched in order to appropriately prepare the company for the future of its work.
